NARRATIVE A Daemon motorcycle with index FQ26ZG9O was padlocked in the Mirror park area in front of the Autojuice workshop on July 19, 2025, at 2028 hours. The owner of this motorcycle violated Article 1H (Maneuvering any kind of vehicle with a suspended/expired license.) I, Captain Solveign, performed a tire lock on the motorcycle in accordance with department procedures for the detention of vehicles involved in felonies. |
