NARRATIVE I, Deputy Solveign stopped the terminus car with an index of 1-6-M-E-O-7-H-3 because I got a radio from Lieutenant Moya that there was a individual with BOLO in the car indentified as Louis Dekker. During an in-depth inspection of the suspect car at the Davis station parking lot, it was found that there were a lot of illegal items in the form of weapons and drugs. I was asked by Sergeant Dawson to take action against the car by impounding it. |
