NARRATIVE Just like my previous report about Manchez's motorcycle violating parking signs. Right next to it was a Diabolus Custom motorcycle and I attached a Tirelock to the front tire of the motorcycle and then wrote a note and put it on the speedometer of the motorcycle stating that it had violated the parking mark and wrote a fine of 150 dollars. |
