NARRATIVE I, Deputy Solveign, was patrolling the Legion Square area. While I was on the southern side of Legion park, I found 2 motorcycles illegally parked in the Legion Square parking area. I then turned on the light and took the padlock from inside the trunk unit. After that I attached the Tirelock to the front tire of Manchez's motorcycle and wrote a note and put it on the speedometer of the motorcycle stating that it had violated the parking mark and wrote a fine of 150 dollars. |
