NARRATIVE At around 1300 hours, I, Deputy Solveign found a terminus car parked in a striped area indicating that it was not a parking lot. I then applied a padlock/tirelock to the front tire of the Terminus car and gave him a note on the windshield that he had violated the parking area markings and wrote a fine of $150.00. |
