To: Individual Applicants / Blacklisted Personnel
 
This section applies to individuals under a “Banned” or “Blacklist” status who wish to submit an appeal. You may sending your Ban Appeal directly to TB: Bureau Command Private Messages. Please note that no official appeal form will be provided your submission must be written in a proper formal letter. Ensure that your appeal is professional written, clear, and accurate before appeal.

Reminders Before Submitting Your Ban Appeal:
  • Your online application must be under a “Banned” status, and you may only submit an appeal after the ongoing recruitment drive has concluded and until the Graduated stage. You can verify your current status through the Recruitment Timetable.
  • You must acknowledge and understand the reasons for your disqualification. Clearly address those points in your appeal.
  • If you are a former Deputy who was dishonorable discharged, please refer to the above point as well.
  • Provide a clear, detailed statement of your reasoning and the purpose of your appeal.
You are strictly prohibited from contacting on-duty Deputies or Pre-Employment Staff regarding your appeal. They are not authorized to process or assist in any Ban Appeal matter.

All Ban Appeals are reviewed and processed by TB: Bureau Command within an estimated period of up to 3x24 hours from the time of submission.
Please refrain from spamming or repeated inquiries response time may vary depending on internal workload, but typically will not exceed 5x24 hours. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this process.

If you are uncertain whether you are listed on the LSSD Ban List or the Ban Gov. List, please reach out through the initial inquiry procedure to confirm your current standing.

F.A.Q
Q: My online application status is “Denied.” Can I re-apply?
A: Yes. You may reapply during the next recruitment drive. Please review the remarks provided by the TB: Recruitment Staff and ensure the same issues are not repeated.

Q: I was banned as an individual, but I want to apply for another agencies. Can I?
A: Yes. Your ban status applies only within the Los Santos County Sheriff’s Department (LSSD). Please review the details of your ban notice for clarification.

Q: I’m a former Deputy who was terminated. Can I re-apply?
A: Yes, but if your termination was dishonorable, you must first submit a Ban Appeal before re-applying.

Q: I can’t apply to other agency due to a “Ban Gov. List” notice. Why is that?
A: This means your disciplinary record extends across multiple agencies. Please recall your previous agencies history and submit a Ban Appeal if necessary.
