NARRATIVE May 05 around 19:17, 2025, I Deputy Schneider and Deputy Hutchins patroling around Grapeseed Farm, we found a red pounder with index plate V-Z-8-2-Q-Z-8-9 the owner is Lennard Schmitt, doing illegal parking behind the Grapeseed Farm. I immediately grabs a tirelock from radio unit's trunk and applying it to pounder's front tire and also I switching to TOM unit for doing impound activity. |
