Los Santos County Peace Officer’s Memorial is a ceremonial tribute organized by the Los Santos County Sheriff’s Department to honor law enforcement personnel who have fallen in the line of duty. | Felix Schneider, Lieutnant Assistant Commanding of Operation Safe Streets Deputies was lured into a meet with informan near the northern gate in Grapeseed. At least one suspects confronted him, and during the altercation he was shot twice once in the chest and once in the head. The suspects then fled in a vehicle, leaving Schneider’s body at the scene.
