INFRACTION
- 62. Illegal Parking
Any person who leave a motorized vehicle in a location that violates established parking regulations, restrictions, or prohibitions within a designated area, such as parking in a no-parking zone or in a limited parking area.
Illegal Parking is an infraction, offender shall be punished by $400 fine, the vehicle will be impounded for minimum of 1 days and no more than 3 days.
- 72. Illegal Modifications on Vehicles
Any person who knowingly, and intentionally altering or modifying a motorized vehicle in a manner that violates established laws or regulations, which dictate permissible changes or enhancements that can be made to vehicles.
Illegal Modifications on Vehicles is an infraction, offender shall be punished by $1000 fine, the vehicle will be impounded for minimum of 3 days and no more than 7 days.
- 73. Vehicle Registration Violation
Any person who fail to comply with the required registration processes, such as neglecting to obtain valid registration documents or not insuring their vehicle.

97. Evading peace office is a felony, offender shall be punished by $1250 fine, the vehicle will be impounded for minimum of 3 days and no more than 7 days.

- SPORTS CAR___: $400/day
- SEDAN_______ _: $300/day
- SUV___________: $250/day
- COMMERCIAL__: $200/day
