NARRATIVE While I, Deputy Solveign, was on patrol, I received a notification on the MDC for the Non-Emergency Line that a reporter had reported a vehicle parked in the middle of the road. I immediately took the call, and when I arrived at the location, I checked the vehicle's index and tried to contact the owner, but there was no response. I applied a padlock to the vehicle, then returned to the office to switch to the TOM unit and brought the car to the LSSD parking area. |
