NARRATIVE May 08 around 02:39, 2025, I Deputy Schneider and Deputy Bievens are patroling around and still under 281, we patrol and check every single street and then we found a car (Tailgater) who doing some illegal parking at Woods Factory Co., I immediately grabs the tirelock from radio unit trunk and apply it to Tailgater rear tire and then we continue our patrol. |
