REPORT EMPLOYEE/DEPUTY MISCONDUCT
WHAT IS EMPLOYEE REPORT?
The Los Santos Sheriff’s Department (LSSD) considers a complaint to be any expression of dissatisfaction or concern regarding the conduct, actions, or behavior of it’s employees of the services provided by the department. This can include issues such as misconduct, unprofessional behavior, or any other matter that affects public trust and confidence in the department.
Los Santos Sheriff's Department (LSSD) Menganggap sebuah komplain atau laporan sebagai ekspresi kekhawatiran terkait perilaku, tindakan, atau sikap pegawainya maupun layanan yang diberikan oleh departemen. Ini dapat mencakup masalah seperti pelanggaran etika, perilaku tidak profesional, atau hal lain yang dapat memengaruhi kepercayaan dan keyakinan publik terhadap departemen.
WHO CAN FILE A COMPLAINT?
Anyone can file a complaint with the Los Santos County Sheriff’s Department (LSSD). This includes members of the public, community members, and even LSSD employees who wish to report misconduct or other concerns. Complaints can be made in person, by phone, in writing, or via email.

IS FILING A REPORT IS SAFE?
Filing a complaint with the Los Santos County Sheriff’s Department (LSSD) is safe. The LSSD takes complaints seriously and ensures they are handled with confidentiality and professionalism. If you prefer, you can file a complaint anonymously, and the Department will investigate the matter thoroughly while protecting your privacy. You may also file your complaint to Office of Inspector General or the atau Civillian Oversight Comission.

LSSD menangani setiap keluhan dengan serius dan memastikan penanganannya dilakukan secara profesional dan rahasia. WHAT IF MY RIGHT IS VIOLATED IN ACTION?
If you believe that your rights have been violated by an employee of the Los Santos County Sheriff’s Department (LSSD), you are encouraged to report the crime immediately. If your rights are violated during an encounter with our employee, you may ask for a supervisor to respond and resolve the dispute. You also have the right to request the employee’s name and badge number. All employees are required to identify themselves upon request. Additionally, you may document the encounter and submit your report through official complaint channels or contact the Office of Inspector General for independent review.
