NARRATIVE Deputy Tony and I were on patrol with Unit 280G1 as part of Operation Safe Streets, when we received an MA-1 call from the police reporting a pursuit involving a Minimus vehicle. We pursued the suspect for several minutes, and eventually the suspect switched to a Vigero ZX. The pursuit continued to the suspect’s residence, where the suspect discarded his cell phone so that his number could not be traced, resulting in the pursuit ending with a loss of visual contact, but we have evidence: the house where he lives, his cell phone number, several vehicles he owns, and his ID |
