This proposal is submitted as a formal request for permission and cooperation from the Los Santos Sheriff Department (LSSD) in organizing the Vinewood Rally Series Contest, which will be held on June 7, 2026, in Vinewood Hills.

The Vinewood Rally Series is a motorsport racing event conducted in a rally format. We understand that the success and smooth execution of this event depend greatly on the support and cooperation of various parties, particularly the Los Santos Sheriff Department (LSSD).

Therefore, we respectfully request assistance and cooperation from the LSSD regarding security, permits, traffic management, and any other support necessary to ensure safety, order, and public convenience throughout the event. We sincerely hope that the LSSD will grant permission and provide its full support for the successful organization of this event.

RESPONSE Vinewood Rally Series Contest

Following our review of the submitted proposal regarding the Vinewood Rally Series Contest, the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department would like to inform you that due to the limited timeframe prior to the scheduled event date, we were only able to provide a formal response after conducting the necessary review and coordination process.

After gathering information from the relevant local law enforcement authorities and reviewing the official public announcement issued by the Governor's Office, we have confirmed that the Vinewood Rally Series Contest has been granted the appropriate authorization and has been officially declared a lawful and legally sanctioned event.

Goverment Issued

Based on this information, the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department acknowledges the legality of the event and raises no objections to its execution, provided that all organizers, participants, and supporting parties continue to comply with applicable laws, public safety regulations, and instructions issued by law enforcement personnel during the course of the event.
