kami mengajukan proposal kepada pihak Los Santos Sheriff Department(LSSD) dalam rangka penyelenggaraan event Grand senora Rally yang akan diadakan pada, 13:00 minggu, 19 Mei 2026. Grand senora rally sendiri adalah event yang bertema balap rally, dimana semua orang dapat mengikuti event ini dan setiap pemenang akan mendapat hadiah total 75.000. Sangat besar harapan akan kerjasama LSSD dalam penyelenggaraan event ini. Atas perhatian dan kerja samanya, kami ucapkan terima kasih.

The proposal regarding the Grand Senora Rally event has been received and is currently under review by the Office of Administrave Services Division.
However, there is missed information regarding the event schedule and exact time of execution. Due to incomplete information provided.
Please send the required information by reply or submit a revised proposal including the complete event timeline so the review process for further follow-up with the Los Santos County Board of Supervisors.

Pursuant to the special event permit application submitted and after review in accordance with County of Los Santos regulations and coordination with relevant agencies, the Board of Supervisors, County of Los Santos, hereby authorizes the conduct of
Grand senora Rally to be held
on May 24, 2026 at Great Chaparral, Grand Senora Desert. This authorization is
APPROVED subject to the following terms and conditions (including but not limited to):
- Event Organizer must comply with Penal Section Code 2: License & Permit Law, public safety regulations, and other required permits (including noise, sanitation, and public health regulations).
- Event Organizer must provide a safety first plan, including clear evacuation routes and coordination with local emergency response agencies.
- Event Organizer must coordinate with the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department for security, traffic control, and other public-safety requirements as needed.
- This authorization is valid only for the date and location specified and may be revoked for violations of conditions.
- All operational costs and legal liabilities associated with the event are the responsibility of the organizer unless otherwise specified by authorities.
This approval is issued specifically for the date and location referenced above and may be rescinded if conditions are not met.
