OFFICIAL AUTHORIZATION TO CONDUCT A PERMITTED EVENT

Pursuant to the special event permit application submitted and after review in accordance with County of Los Santos regulations and coordination with relevant agencies, the Board of Supervisors, County of Los Santos, hereby authorizes the conduct of Agro Ventura - CAST & CATCH FISHING CONTEST to be held on March 6-7, 2026 at Alamo Sea, Grapeseed. This authorization is APPROVED subject to the following terms and conditions (including but not limited to):

1. Event Organizer must comply with Penal Section Code 2: License & Permit Law, public safety regulations, and other required permits (including noise, sanitation, and public health regulations).
2. Event Organizer must provide a safety first plan, including clear evacuation routes and coordination with local emergency response agencies.
3. Event Organizer must coordinate with the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department for security, traffic control, and other public-safety requirements as needed.
4. This authorization is valid only for the date and location specified and may be revoked for violations of conditions.
5. All operational costs and legal liabilities associated with the event are the responsibility of the organizer unless otherwise specified by authorities.

This approval is issued specifically for the date and location referenced above and may be rescinded if conditions are not met.
