DESCRIPTION

The Los Santos County Sheriff’s Department is searching for qualified individuals looking to begin their career in the diverse field of law enforcement as a Deputy Sheriff. REQUIREMENTS

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must be a graduate of a U.S. high school or the equivalent.
Must be of good moral and ethical character.
Must be a citizen of the United States or a permanent resident alien.
Must have an active driving licenses.
Must and have a clean criminal record and medical record.
Must agree to an extensive background check that probes previous employment, financial, educational, and military records.

Your LSSD character must be your primary character which is determined by the activity and play hours.
Your LSSD character must have at least level 4.

You must have a stable internet connection while playing In-Game and on Teamspeak3 at the same time.
You must have a basic knowledge of Roleplay, understand the basic rules of Roleplay and able to perform Detailed Roleplay while serving in the LSSD.
You are not allowed to troll, abuse, or cheat in LSSD.
You are required to maintain IC and OOC attitude.
Able to be active before and after you are being recruited by the LSSD.
Be an objective person, neutral, and clear of nepotism.
You are required to have WhatsApp installed on your phone.
Applicant must be 15 years old* or older. (14 years old can be considered).
You must not apply more than one faction at a time.
Able and willing to read/write/speak in English at certain condition.
In a recruitment process, you are not allowed to change your name.
Must NOT use Indonesian - Cultured name or aliases.
Must NOT use NON-RP, or non realistic character name.
You must be cleared from any ban list in the JGRP faction (FD/SAN/JGRP FACTION MANAGEMENT).
Character that have joined any kind of criminal family (official/unofficial) must be name changed before applying into the LSSD.
All OOC records on ban/warns/jail or the unmentioned will be put into consideration.
Players who have just left a verified faction/family will be subject to a 1 month (more than 1 month cooldown can be applied if there are certain terms from Faction Management) cooldown since the initial exit date and cannot join the LSSD during the cooldown period.

RECRUITMENT PROCCESS

There are several steps in the application process for becoming a Deputy Sheriff in Los Santos County. The first one is just submitting an online application. Here you will find the entire application process and find relevant links you will need throughout your journey to joining The Department.

Stage 1 — Online Application (OA)

Online Application is the first step of your career journey within the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. During this stage you are expected to fill-in the recruitment form filled with personal information and questionnaire. After that the Training Bureau Pre-Employment staff will check your personal background, crime record, and etcetera. Please make sure that you;

Stage 2 — Written Exam (WE)

On this stage candidate will be sent series of question regarding their understanding of the Department Core Values, and the applicant's judgement. Candidate writing skills will be assessed as well. The passing grade is at 80%.

Stage 3 — Structured Interview

Structured Interview is the third step of Deputy Sheriff Trainee recruitment process. In this stage you will need to schedule and attend an interview with our Training Bureau Pre-Employment staff on Davis Sheriff's Station. Please make sure to WEAR a FORMAL CLOTHING to attend our interview.

Stage 4 — Academy

The Academy is where candidate will learn various Law Enforcement procedures including, defensive tactics, weapons training, emergency vehicle operations, and practical situations. The Academy will last 22-week long and can be a transformative time. It will be one of the most mentally and physically challenging experiences of your life, that you will look back on with great pride.

Stage 5 — Post-Academy Examination

The Post-Academy Examination is where candidate will tested with of their police procedures, and law enforcement knowledge in general that they've learned during The Academy. The Candidates are expected to pass the examination with passing grade of 90%.

Stage 6 — Graduation

After the candidate passed the Post-Academy Examination, the candidate will be graduated as Deputy Sheriff. After this stage, the candidate will go through the Field Training Program.
