NARRATIVE January 25 at 1956 hours, 2026. I Deputy Chen and Sergeant Rose under 110 Sam, I found a black Sentinel car parked in front of the Autojuice workshop, where the car was parked on the red line (fire line). I immediately padlocked the car and took it to the Davis Sheriff Station to be impounded. |
