NARRATIVE Sergeant Rose pursued the suspect, who then stopped at the side of Vespucci Boulevard to surrender. Then conducted a felony stop with Lieutenant Addie, Lieutenant Dibson, and Officer Vasilieva from the Police Department. After the arrest, the suspect was taken to the Davis Sheriff's Station. Sergeant Rose then had the suspect's vehicle towed and impounded for one day. |
