Bersama surat ini, kami dari Los Santos Fire Department (LSFD) mengajukan permohonan izin dan bantuan untuk merencanakan sebuah acara bernama Blazing Trail Fest, yang akan diselenggarakan pada tanggal 16 November 2025 di Ranton Canyon.

Blazing Trail Fest adalah sebuah inisiatif untuk memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan olahraga motocross kepada masyarakat luas. Acara ini juga bertujuan untuk mendukung pariwisata lokal dan membangun komunitas yang solid di antara para penggemar motocross.

Sehubungan dengan itu, kami memohon bantuan dan dukungan dari Los Santos Sheriff Department (LSSD) dalam hal pengamanan, perizinan, serta dukungan lainnya yang diperlukan untuk menjamin keselamatan dan kelancaran acara ini. Kami telah menyusun proposal kegiatan yang berisi detail lengkap mengenai rencana dan persiapan acara.

Kami sangat berharap agar LSSD dapat memberikan izin dan dukungan penuh untuk pelaksanaan Blazing Trail Fest. Proposal kegiatan ini telah kami lampirkan dalam email ini untuk tinjauan lebih lanjut. Kami siap untuk berdiskusi lebih lanjut mengenai detail acara dan segala kebutuhan yang diperlukan.

OFFICIAL AUTHORIZATION TO CONDUCT A PERMITTED EVENT

 
Dear Mrs. Aensley,
 

Pursuant to the special event permit application submitted and after review in accordance with County of Los Santos regulations and coordination with relevant agencies, the Board of Supervisors, County of Los Santos, hereby authorizes the conduct of Blazing Trail Fest to be held on November 16, 2025 at Ranton Canyon. This authorization is APPROVED subject to the following terms and conditions (including but not limited to):

1. Event Organizer must comply with Penal Section Code 2: License & Permit Law, public safety regulations, and other required permits (including noise, sanitation, and public health regulations).
2. Event Organizer must provide a safety first plan, including clear evacuation routes and coordination with local emergency response agencies.
3. Event Organizer must coordinate with the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department for security, traffic control, and other public-safety requirements as needed.
4. This authorization is valid only for the date and location specified and may be revoked for violations of conditions.
5. All operational costs and legal liabilities associated with the event are the responsibility of the organizer unless otherwise specified by authorities.

This approval is issued specifically for the date and location referenced above and may be rescinded if conditions are not met.
